At Ecopack, we are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service, which includes timely and reliable shipping of your purchases. Here is some important information about our shipping policy:
Processing Time
We process all orders within 3-4 business days of receiving them. Please note that orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping methods for delivery within Australia:
- Standard shipping estimated delivery time 3-7 days
- Expedited shipping estimated delivery time 2-4 days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Shipping Rates
- $12.00 Flat Rate (excl. TAS & WA)
- $18.00 Express Rate (excl. TAS & WA)
- FREE shipping on orders $100+ (excl. TAS & WA)
- $25.00 Flat Rate Tasmania & Western Australia
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before finalising your order.
International Shipping
We only ship within Australia and do not currently offer international shipping. If you are purchasing from New Zealand, please visit our NZ store here.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalising your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Ensure you provide a valid physical shipping address to complete your order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
